  • Premium – the same features as Standard with double the channels and AI Salesmen, billed yearly with no training fee.

How to choose

A checklist before you choose a plan

  • How many WhatsApp numbers do you use? Each channel comes with an AI Salesman; Trial has 1, Standard 10, Premium 20.
  • Official or normal channel? Official channels are more reliable and compliant; normal channels cost less but carry ban risk. See official vs normal WhatsApp.
  • How big is your contact list? Trial supports 10k contacts, Standard and Premium 100k.
  • Do you run Facebook ads? FB Ads Integration, lead import and Group Blasting are on Standard and Premium.
  • Does your team need training? Add the RM 900 group training fee (waived on Premium), or consider the HRDF-claimable 1-to-1 training.

Cost mistakes to avoid

  • Comparing only the monthly price and forgetting the one-time training fee.
  • Forgetting that extra channels are RM 199 each per month.
  • Ignoring WhatsApp’s own per-message charges for messages sent outside the 24-hour window.
  • Buying more capacity than you need now; you can upgrade later.

Start from your daily conversation volume and the number of WhatsApp numbers your team uses. If you only want to test, take Trial. If several salespeople share inbound leads, Standard or Premium covers more channels. Compare the full feature list on the pricing page, and read about the AI Salesman to see what the chatbot does.
