PIC Assignment Notification

When a customer is assigned to a PIC, the assigned PIC will now receive a notification alert.

The system can now automatically track your customer’s expiry date and send WhatsApp template messages for renewal reminders and follow-ups.

• Set the “before” time for the reminder message

Admin Boss Alert — Follow Up Instruction

You can now easily add new Follow Up instructions or update existing ones through the Admin Boss Alert.

AI Salesman can now read PDF files and images

You can now upload PDFs and images as part of your AI training, allowing AI Salesman to better understand and respond based on your content.
